interpreters
We are dedicated to providing high quality service. When it comes to translation and interpretation, high quality service equals high-level translated manuscripts and high-level interpretations. At Erklaren we are able to provide high quality services for the following reasons:
(1) Our superior staff
Through our "strict and loose" staff system we have built relationships based on trust with top level translators and interpreters. We also have an in-house translation training system, in addition to other programs to hone our staff's skills.
(2) Cooperate to support our translators and interpreters
We lend specialty dictionaries, prepare resources, create various specialty books, respond to various inquiries, and have a vast network of specialists in all sectors to help with inquiries, check the dependency of manuscripts, and help with the introduction of specialists in any field.
(3) Cooperate to ensure a high quality product every time
Multiple-person checks by native speakers (English), and we use specialists in the sector of the translation to ensure the highest level of quality. Japanese translator check, head of layouts and translator feedback, final collection of information and research (preparation of work for next time) are also included.
Currently, we are in the middle of creating an Erklaren original translators handbook.
interpreters
Between the client and the translation company (interpreting company) there are many cases where it is necessary to establish good communication to ensure that everything goes smoothly between the order and supply.
For translations, up until the deadline and delivery of the translation it goes without saying that there may be instances when it is necessary to contact and verify certain points with the customer by specifically asking if this is what the customer wants and needs. This is done in addition to keeping the customer updated. In the case of interpretations, up until the chosen day and until the interpreter is dispatched overseas to conduct surveys, interviews, etc. the same type of communication is necessary.
If the person in charge at the translation company isn't affable with their clients, no matter how good the company is it will be difficult to build a strong relationship, and it is very likely to be unsuccessful in the end.
That is why at Erklaren we make every action we take important.
